Erin Coffey's entrepreneurial spirit began at a young age. As a teenager, he was already making money for his friends by leveraging the internet to sell various items. This early experience in online sales laid the groundwork for his later success with The High Rise.

ErinS journey began in Orange County, grew up skateboarding together. They spent their formative years making local skate videos of their friends, honing their skills in content creation and community building. In 2011, Erin Coffey, then 23 years old, launched The High Rise, a passion project that merged his love for skateboarding, streetwear, and cannabis. With just $1,500, Erin made his first order of stickers and t-shirts while working at Etnies Skatepark, teaching skateboarding lessons. The early days of The High Rise were marked by Erin’s relentless pursuit of learning and innovation.

Starting from scratch, Erin bought a sewing machine and a heat press, setting up his first production line in his kitchen. This humble beginning laid the foundation for what would become a significant force in the cannabis industry. He leveraged the burgeoning world of social media, particularly Instagram, to reach a wider audience. This strategic move allowed The High Rise to extend its reach far beyond local consignment sales at skate and smoke shops. As the brand gained traction, its products were frequently featured on platforms like Karmaloop, and celebrities such as Quavo from Migos and Miley Cyrus were seen sporting High Rise gear.

With growing popularity, Erin expanded The High Rise into a production company, moving into his first real warehouse. QUICKLY expansion led to partnerships with major retailers like Forever21 and Hat Club, further establishing The High Rise’s reputation in the industry. Erin’s expertise in production and brand growth made him a sought-after consultant for emerging brands.

Erin, always on the lookout for new opportunities, identified a gap in the online cannabis content market. In collaboration with his partner Derek, they launched High Rise TV, which quickly gained hundreds of thousands of subscribers. The overwhelming response to High Rise TV highlighted the need for a dedicated agency to manage the increasing demand for their expertise.
